In the 1970s Mr. Jimmy Richardson who was the chairman of CPK Guest House Nairobi mooted the idea to acquire a guest house in Mombasa.

The Guest House was to be used as a holiday place for church missionaries from all over the world. And when the New Breeze Hotel came up for sale in 1976, he seized the opportunity. read more...
